ClueBreaker is made and operated by Revline Apps LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Revline Apps", "we", "us"). You can reach us at revlineapps@gmail.com.
By downloading or using ClueBreaker you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClueBreaker. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Coins, Bolts and Keys are virtual items. They have no cash value, can be used only inside ClueBreaker, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. They are not refundable, except where the app store you bought from requires a refund.
We may change the prices of virtual items, how they are earned and what they can be used for. Balances are lost when an account is deleted.
Coin packs and ClueBreaker Premium are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles billing, refunds and your payment details under its own terms; we never see your payment information. Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may vary by country.
The free version of ClueBreaker shows ads from third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. Some ads are optional rewarded ads that grant coins when watched to the end. Ad content comes from the advertiser, not from us. How ads use data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not cheat, use bots or other automation, tamper with the app or with scores, or interfere with the leaderboards. We may remove scores that break these rules and suspend the accounts behind them.
The app, its puzzles, clues, artwork and names belong to Revline Apps or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the app under these terms. Share cards made by the app are yours to share freely.
You can delete your account in the app under Options > Delete Account, or request deletion at cluebreaker.app/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and includes your progress, purchases and balances. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.
We may update the app, change or end features, and update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and using the app after that means you accept the updated terms. ClueBreaker may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
ClueBreaker is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Revline Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you other rights. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
These terms are between you and Revline Apps, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for ClueBreaker, for its support or maintenance, or for any claim relating to it. Apple, Google and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
