Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your ClueBreaker account and data

The fastest way is in the app: open Options > Delete Account. Deletion there is immediate and permanent. Use this form only if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in.

Request Deletion

Tell us what you can so we can find your account. Every field except the platform and the confirmation is optional, but the more you give, the faster we can find it.

Request received. We will delete your account within 30 days, and confirm by email if you gave one.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and everything tied to it: your profile (display name and avatar), game results and statistics, scores and every leaderboard entry, coins and other balances, and purchase records. This cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel ClueBreaker Premium separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

How Requests Are Handled

We handle requests within 30 days. If you gave an email address, we confirm by email once your account is deleted. If we cannot find an account from the details given, we will tell you by email when we can.
